By accessing and using Zubin's Royal Fleet (ZRF) services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the guidelines for booking, cancellation, vehicle usage, and liability, ensuring transparency and a seamless experience for our valued clients. 1. Booking and Payment

Booking: Please book your vehicle in advance, as availability depends on demand. You’ll receive a confirmation once we’ve processed your reservation.

Payment: We may request full or partial payment at booking. We accept cash, cards, and online transfers.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid fees. Cancelling within 24 hours may result in charges.

 

Refunds: Refunds follow our cancellation policy and may have a small processing fee. No refunds are given for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Vehicle Usage

Usage: Please follow local traffic laws when using our vehicles. Any damage or misuse could result in extra charges.

Driver Conduct: Our drivers uphold professional and safety standards. Let us know immediately if you experience any issues

4. Insurance and Liability

Insurance: All vehicles come with standard coverage, and additional options are available upon request.
 

Liability: We are not liable for any personal injuries, losses, or damages during the rental period. You are responsible for any costs related to vehicle damage or legal infractions.

5. Additional Charges

Late Fees: Returning a vehicle late may incur charges based on the hourly rate and vehicle availability.

Extra Services: Additional services like extra mileage or special requests may come with added fees, communicated to you upfront.

6. Changes to Booking

Modifications: If you need to adjust your booking (time, date, etc.), please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes depend on availability and may incur additional costs.

7. Data Protection

Privacy: We only use your personal information to provide our services and are committed to keeping your data safe and confidential.

8. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Events: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, like natural disasters or strikes.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes: We resolve disputes according to applicable laws. We’ll always aim to settle disagreements amicably before taking legal steps.
